| Through
a series of cooperative activities, your students
or faculty will develop important life skills such
as communicating effectively, solving conflicts,
and working together to achieve a common goal. Studies
have shown that cooperative learning improves self-esteem,
self-worth, and attitude toward school. These benefits,
along with building character traits such as respect,
responsibility and self-discipline encourage a safer
school environment. |

Portable
ropes course sessions can be modified to benefit
any group and will eliminate travel time and expense.
A typical session will last 2-3 hours, and will
require a minimum of 10 participants. Multiple sessions
may be arranged to accomodate additional students.
Your school needs to provide appropriate facilities
such as a gymnasium or multipurpose room. In fair
weather, activities can be done outside on a flat
play area. |
