PDP Members | SIS Main

We support a vision of increasing student achievement through improved teaching skills and focus on the results of staff development to increase learning for students, teachers and administrators, schools and organizations.

The Greenbush PDP Toolbox Consortium, formerly the Staff Development Consortium, offers a menu of services for member school districts. They are:

PDP Toolbox PDC Guidelines
The PDP Toolbox is designed to meet the consortium, district, and school needs by housing the member districts' Professional Development plans; coordinating and documenting the professional learning, then warehousing and streamlining the documentation validation process for professional development recertification points. The local Professional Development Council (PDC) will be able to focus on quality professional development, instead of paper management.

Five Year Staff Development Plan Multi-Year PD Plan (WORD) Multi-Year PD Plan (PDF)
Member districts are a part of the Consortium Five-Year Plan for Results-Based Staff Development, which meets the Kansas State Department of Education regulations. Each district and school is supported in developing individual plans to meet the regulations by completing this documentation and submitting it to the Kansas State Department of Education.

Regional Meetings Fall Brochure
Regional meetings will be held to provide information that pertains to PDC officers' responsibilities, the staff development plan, and KSDE updates.

Professional Development Videotapes
Member districts have access to Annenberg Foundation videotapes containing research about teaching and learning in the content areas of Science, Mathematics, Social Studies, and Language Arts. Contact Connie McFarland to reserver these resources or call Connie at 800-531-3685
