Traveling Trunks

We have 2 soybean traveling trunks available for checkout, which can be used for a period of 2 weeks in your classroom. The trunks, developed by grant funding, include the following:

• Videos
• Teacher manuals
• Soybean processing poster
• Set of soy products for riddle game
• Oil viscosity/lecithim experiment hands-on supplies
• Bean seed
• pH testing
• Soil testing
• Moisture testing
• Light testing
• Measuring cups and spoons
