Comprehensive Online Needs Assessment is a guided, comprehensive process of deep data analysis to build collaboration and target effort for efficient and effective school improvement and staff development. The Comprehensive Needs Assessment is designed as a tool to:

• Facilitate discussion amongst the school and district staff
• Lead through a root cause analysis process to identifying needs that support the development and prioritization of an action plan
• Contrast student performance with staff knowledge and skill while including targeted analysis of school and district quality program indicators and curriculum alignment indicators
• Be used yearly to benchmark progress and concerns and to be updated over time
