Program Description:
KanLead is a grant from the United States Department of Education. Through this Grant, Greenbush and the Pittsburg State School of Education are providing advanced coursework, on-site training, professional coaching, and professional development to two cohorts of aspiring principals and two cohorts of current principals to 10 partner school districts in Southeast Kansas.

Services we offer:
Participating districts in the KanLead grant first go through a thorough needs assessment. The results of the assessment direct the planning of professional development, professional coaching, coursework and participation goals for Greenbush Leadership Academy.

How does this benefit Schools:
Though this project is funded by a grant, the services set up through KanLead can be replicated in other schools looking to improve student performance and produce a cadre of exemplary school leaders.
