Leadership Academy

Program Description:
The Leadership Academy program began in 1987 to provide quality professional development opportunities and to offer a challenge for school administrators to strengthen their capacity for educational leadership. The educational and training programs include planning, managing and evaluating one's own professional development including interpersonal relationships with pupils, parents, teachers, and fellow administrators.

 

Services we offer:
Topics covered include interpersonal skills, public involvement including social and educational issues, legal issues in education, effective management practices, school improvement technology, school safety, and trends in education.

 

How does this benefit schools:
The Greenbush Leadership Academy cultivates and promotes the critical attributes of positive school leadership and motivates and renews existing school leaders.
The Academy creates a support network for aspiring school leaders with existing school leaders to strengthen leadership capacities.
