Program Description:
Lawrence Gardner High School is a fully accredited high school serving the male and female students housed at the Kansas Juvenile Correctional Complex.

• Title I services
• Special education services
• GED prep coursework
• Technical education coursework
• Work study programming
• WIA program
• Kaw Area Technical School coursework
• Highland Community College courses

How does this benefit schools:
LGHS is a specialized school designed to meet the academic and behavioral needs of the juveniles housed at the correctional facility. If LGHS staff do their job correctly, the students who leave the program should be better prepared to return to public school.
