Online Curriculum Alignment

Program Description:
Online Curriculum Alignment is designed to help schools tightly align local curriculum to state standards in the four core areas. This process allows curriculum teams to prioritize tested indicators to insure they are being taught. This online system also allows teachers to develop a deep understanding of state standards and best practices for classroom implementation. Web-based access allows schools 24-7 access to their curriculum.

How does this benefit schools:

  • Curriculum alignment based on the Kansas state standards, schools will develop priorities using a color-coding system. Color-coding provides easy recognition for teachers of the tested indicators.
  • Clarifying the Indicators through collaborative processes teachers will identify content, skills, vocabulary, and instructional activities that will help them develop lesson plans for teaching the indicators.
