Program Description: Established in 1987, the Regional Prevention Center of Southeast Kansas is funded by the Kansas Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services, Addiction and Prevention Services (AAPS).The Regional Prevention Center of Southeast Kansas assists county coalitions, community members, school personnel, and parents in preventing risky behaviors and promoting healthy lifestyles. Specific services centered around risk focused prevention are developed and provided based upon the needs and strengths of local communities. The Regional Prevention Center of Southeast Kansas serves the 11 counties of Southeast Kansas including Allen, Anderson, Bourbon, Cherokee, Crawford, Labette, Linn, Montgomery, Neosho, Wilson, and Woodson.
