Program Description:
Transitional Mentoring Project provides school districts with mentors.  The project provides a licensed mentor, quarterly updates and completed verification forms for school districts with teachers moving from conditional to professional licenses.

Services we offer:
Each conditionally licensed teacher must complete a year-long, district-administered induction and mentoring program to pass the teaching performance assessment as a prerequisite to receiving a professional teaching license. 

Individuals holding a conditional school specialist or school leadership license must complete a year-long district-administered mentoring program to successfully complete the performance assessment as a prerequisite to receiving a professional school specialist or school leadership license. 

How does this benefit schools:

• Provide districts with appropriately licensed mentor to provide mentoring for conditionally licensed teachers, school specialist or school leader using the Greenbush Mentoring Model.
• Provide districts with quarterly updates on conditionally licensed staff.
• Assist districts in the completion of required verification form to submit with upgrade application for professional license.

Pricing Information:

SIS Members:                       $750 per teacher mentee
SIS Members:                       $1000 per specialist mentee
Non Members:                      $1000 per teacher mentee
Non Members:                      $1250 per specialist mentee
