Program Description:
Our Comprehensive Online Needs Assessment is a guided, comprehensive process of deep data analysis to build collaboration and target effort for efficient and effective school improvement and staff development. The Comprehensive Needs Assessment is designed as a tool to:

• Facilitate discussion among the school and district staff
• Lead through a root cause analysis process to identify needs that support the development and prioritization of an action plan
• Be used yearly to benchmark progress and concerns and to be updated over time

Services we offer:
Greenbush staff will train your district team on how to access and utilize the needs assessment.
We will also help analyze your results and provide a customizable report for use with staff, parents and other stakeholders.
