Grants and Evaluation Department
Program Description:
The Grants and Evaluation Department provides a continuum of services ranging from initial grant announcements, grant development, submission, administration, monitoring, data collection, data analysis, evaluation and reporting.
The Grant branch of the Department provides clients guidance in the identification of potential sources of funding for educational programming, technical assistance in writing grant proposals for state, local, and federal funding agencies, and assistance with ensuring compliance to all grant requirements.
The Evaluation branch of the Department provides clients with comprehensive evaluation services including evaluation design, data collection, data analysis, and reporting using external non-partial evaluators. Other services include online or bubble-sheet survey instrument development and administration and on-site observations as required.

The Grants and Evaluation Department provides school districts and organizations an avenue for accessing grant funding for various programs, professional development, equipment, and services. Following evaluative best practices, districts also have access to external evaluation staff that provide objective analysis and interpretation of program outcomes for data-based decision making.

Pricing Information:
Consultation on potential grant opportunities – free
Preparation and submission of federal, state, foundation, or local proposals - Fees based on size and scope of grant proposal
Evaluation services – Fees based on type of evaluation and reporting required by funding agency
Grant writing workshops
Half-day presentation (3-4 hours) - $250 plus expenses
Full-day presentation (5-8 hours) - $500 plus expenses
The agency will receive password-protected electronic access to grant workshop materials approximately one week prior to the scheduled training and two weeks afterward to make available to workshop participants.
