Health and Wellness Consortium

Program Description:
The Health and Wellness Consortium is comprehensive approach to address health and wellness in districts from policy development, strategic planning, and development of a wellness committee.  Consortium also provides access to an interactive curriculum, Healthy Living, aligned with state health standards for Kindergarten through 12th grade.

Services we offer:

• Grade level Healthy Living Curriculum Kindergarten through 12th grade
• Healthy Living Professional Development Library including videos and books
• Workshops on topics related to health and wellness
• Intranet-based website to access Healthy Living Curriculum and Resources at http://www.gbhealthyliving.com

How does this benefit schools or students:
The consortium provides districts with age appropriate curriculum that meets state wellness standards.  By helping kids and staff to make healthier choices,  schools are improving their ability to learn and grow.
