Project SPOT is a collaborative project administered by the Southeast Kansas Education Service Center at Greenbush, Northeast Kansas Education Service Center and the Lawrence Public Schools. Funding for the project is provided by the Kansas State Department of Education Student Support Services Team through federal IDEA Title VI-B funds.

The priority of Project SPOT is to support local education agencies in building capacity to support and conduct systemic improvement activities within their districts
