Education Week “Leader to Learn From”
Kyle Pace is a former elementary school teacher, an Instructional Technology Coach, and is currently the Director of Technology for the Grain Valley School District in Grain Valley, Missouri. Kyle has worked with K-12 teachers to provide instructional technology professional development since 2004 and holds a Master of Arts degree in Education with an emphasis in Educational Technology. Kyle champions to support teaching and learning with meaningful technology integration using a multitude of technologies and best practices. Kyle is a keynote speaker and presenter at education conferences and individual school districts around North America. Kyle has also been an organizer of #edcampKC since 2010 and strives to create relevant, engaging professional learning experiences for educators to ultimately impact student learning.
As part of his ongoing commitment to professional growth, Kyle became a Google for Education Innovator in 2011. In 2013, Kyle was named as one of Education Week’s “Leaders to Learn From” and joined the other honorees in Washington, D.C. to receive recognition from the Secretary of Education. Kyle became a Google for Education Certified Trainer in March 2016. Kyle has a strong passion for sharing with teachers, administrators, students, and parents about the impact that educational technology can have on student learning.
