Student Ambassador Program – Elementary
The Student Ambassador Program is a leadership program for elementary students in the third, fourth, and fifth grades. On a quarterly basis, students will undergo a mock hiring process to be selected as role models in their school. These students will receive a lanyard to wear during the school day to signify their position of leadership and undergo a training lead by Greenbush staff with the focus of defining what it means to be a leader.
Student Leadership Academy – Middle School
Student Leadership Academy (SLA) provides a monthly opportunity for middle school students from area schools to foster technology literacy skills while incorporating character education through The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens. Goals of the program include increase problem-solving and communication skills, increase knowledge about alcohol, tobacco, and other drug refusal skills, and introduce the latest technology trends. Two sessions are held to accommodate the geography of the districts who wish to participate-North and South.
Student Leadership Academy – High School
Student Leadership Academy is a leadership program designed for high school students, meeting on a monthly basis, to enhance various leadership skills including networking, motivating others, conflict resolution, successful communication, and extending kindness and compassion to all. The program focuses on teaching students to become effective leaders, positive influences in their school and community, and overall better people.
