June 17 Hearts & Hooves: An Equine Experience $25
Step into a day of wonder at Orion Horse Sanctuary, where more than 30 retired horses, ponies, and donkeys now enjoy a gentle and well-earned life. Campers will meet these magnificent equine friends up close and spend the day learning the art of horse handling and care.
We’ll explore horse anatomy, grooming techniques, nutrition, tack, and what it truly takes to keep these beautiful animals healthy and happy. As most of the horses are retired, our focus will be on building trust, practicing safe handling skills, grooming, and sharing plenty of quiet connection time — no riding will occur.
This one-day experience is perfect for animal lovers ready to discover the magic that happens when patience, respect, and horses come together.

In this two-day camp, campers will explore flavors from different countries, learning to create signature dishes, snacks, and treats inspired by cultures around the world. From spicy to sweet, savory to exotic, each activity will teach kitchen skills while bringing the world to your plate. By the end of camp, you’ll have a passport full of flavors and recipes to try at home!
