Leadership Academy II

Hosted at the Resource Center in Lawrence

Designed for current and aspiring district-level leaders as well as Leadership Academy/Institute graduates, Greenbush Leadership Academy II utilizes district leaders, University leaders, education specialists, and partners in the private sector to provide participants with meaningful, practical, day-long professional activities throughout the course of the school year. This program meets all of the KSDE mentoring requirements for district-level leaders.

Graduates of the program gain valuable, practical experience in each of the following areas:

Developing a shared vision for district leadership

Advocating for student and professional growth

Operations and facility management

Collaborating with and mobilizing community resources

Leading with integrity

Networking
