Youth Leadership
When youth understand how to respectfully work with others, everything gets better. They form deeper, healthier relationships, make more responsible choices, and build confidence to voice ideas without diminishing others. In other words, they learn to lead.
Our Youth Leadership Coaching program partners with schools and youth organizations to help middle and high school students develop real-world leadership skills. As strong leaders, students become more resilient, which helps them perform better at school, at work, and later in life.
Additionally, we provide districts and organizations with a structured, proven approach to developing student leaders, so they don’t need to build programs from scratch.

Our Experience
Our coaches offer diverse backgrounds, from certified teachers and former administrators to coaches certified by the Kansas Leadership Center (KLC) in the Lead Now curriculum, designed to empower high school students to become confident, active contributors in their communities.
For decades, we have worked in Kansas communities as teachers, served on local government and community councils, partnered with local coalitions and organizations, and worked directly with schools and students.
