What Is LTI?

The Learning Tree Institute at Greenbush (LTI) is an educational foundation established in 1989 as a supporting organization of the Southeast Kansas Education Service Center-Greenbush. LTI is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit, and our status enables philanthropic giving from individuals, business partners, and others who share our commitment to providing equal educational opportunities for all kids.

LTI is governed by a board that is appointed annually by the Greenbush Board of Directors. Board members play a critical role in guiding the foundation’s strategic direction.

Since 1989, LTI has supported capital improvements on the main campus, enrichment programs for kids, as well as new programs and initiatives. In 2020, the Board of Trustees formalized its support for the growth of people, programs, and ideas. Board members established the process to support Greenbush in filling gaps and accelerating innovative opportunities for children, families, and educators.
