Important Compliance Notice — Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR)

Greenbush Contract 22.7 ESC-CONSTRPROJMGMT2022 provides project and program management services for capital projects. This contract is limited to advisory and management support functions and does not constitute the selection or procurement of a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR).

Kansas law establishes a specific statutory process for selecting a Construction Manager at Risk. Districts seeking to utilize the CMAR delivery method must comply with the requirements outlined in K.S.A. 72-1153 through 72-1155.

Use of Greenbush’s project management contract does not replace, waive, or satisfy any statutory procurement requirements related to CMAR selection.
