Teacher Leader Cadre

The Teacher Leader Cadre offers teacher leaders an opportunity to learn from like-minded and highly motivated educators. This cadre is intended to take the highest-performing teachers to the next level. Administrators are asked to recognize and recruit their exceptional teachers by talking directly with them about this unique and rewarding opportunity.

Participation in this special cadre requires a nomination from the administration. The nomination ensures high-performers are selected to participate, are provided commitment and support for attendance, and are allowed to share their learning with others in your district.
