CTE Coordinator Cadre
Career and Technical Education (CTE) Coordinators are educational transformers who directly impact students’ futures, engagement, and multiple pathways to success. The CTE Coordinator Cadre provides an opportunity for coordinators to learn with and from one another while strengthening the systems, programs, and pathways that support students.
Throughout the year, participants will engage in collaboration, dialogue, shared problem-solving, and exploration of multiple perspectives. Together, coordinators will develop, coordinate, implement, and continuously improve CTE programs and pathways—connecting decisions and conversations to the Comprehensive Local Needs Assessment (CLNA) and the needs of students, communities, and the workforce.
Learning will be grounded in job-embedded, data-driven, classroom-focused, and evidence-based resources and opportunities that coordinators can apply directly to their work. Participants will also have opportunities to stay connected to current Kansas CTE expectations, resources, and timely updates.
2026–2027 CTE Coordinator Cadre
Quarterly sessions throughout the year provide opportunities for CTE coordinators to connect, collaborate, learn, and apply their learning to the work happening in their districts.
Investment: $525 per person for SIS member districts and $875 for non-SIS member districts for the cadre quarterly sessions. Perkins allowable.
For districts that are Greenbush School Improvement Services members, CTE Coordinator Cadre participation is available at the preferred member rate. Members may use Perkins funds to support cadre participation, consultation, professional learning, and other CTE supports.
