Instructional Coach Cadre

Instructional Coaches are “impact multipliers” who transform lives and increase student, teacher, and school success. We want to learn with and support coaches through our Instructional Coach Cadre. Participants will positively participate while learning from and with others; explore perspectives through collaboration and dialogue; develop a shared understanding around evidence-based teaching, learning, coaching, and instructional leadership practices; openly reflect and consider our impact; and refine our skill set and apply learning to our real-life coaching work.

Participation in this cadre is included for School Improvement Services (SIS) consortium districts.
