Inspire Health and Greenbush Camps, along with professionals from the Community Health Center of Southeast Kansas, are partnering again to explore the world of health and science through hands-on adventures designed for curious young learners. Campers will explore multiple branches of the medical field, learning proper dental hygiene techniques, examining real X-rays in a radiology mini-lab, and stepping into the role of a pharmacist by identifying how medicines help our bodies. Weather permitting, we’ll also get outdoors for a refreshing hike through the Wilderness Park to understand how physical activity supports overall wellness. Plus, campers will take part in an unforgettable frog dissection, discovering anatomy up close in a guided, age-appropriate lab. This camp is perfect for budding healthcare heroes eager to learn, explore, and make exciting scientific discoveries!
Camp will take place in the John Parolo Education Center at 3011 N. Michigan St., Pittsburg, KS 66762, with a short field trip to Wilderness Park.
