Greenbush Team Coaches partner with school and community teams to confront their most pressing challenges and unlock meaningful, lasting progress. Through a clear sense of purpose and shared values, we empower teams to become resolute, committed, accountable, strategic, and high-performing—delivering outcomes that are not only visible, but truly transformative.

Having worked alongside more than 100 teams across Kansas—as leaders, teammates, consultants, builders, and coaches—we deeply understand the frustration of dysfunction and extraordinary fulfillment that comes from being part of a thriving, high-achieving team.

We believe in the profound potential of team coaching to drive measurable impact, but our mission is greater: to ensure that every team experiences true cohesion and the unmatched power of rowing together as one.

What is Team Coaching?

Team Coaching includes a certified coach leading a team (15 or fewer individuals) through a co-creative partnership. The process uses reflection to uncover and better understand team dynamics and relationships in a safe, constructive environment. By inspiring individuals to row together, teams learn to maximize their abilities and potential to reach a common purpose and shared goals.

How Does It Work?

  1. Team Sponsor Agreement: Establish the administrative contract, including all processes and payment logistics.
  2. Team Diagnostic: Use team assessment tools and translate them into team targets.
  3. 1:1 Sessions: Meet with team members to learn about challenges and translate them into team targets.
  4. Stakeholder Alignment: Solidify the professional contract, clarifying the purpose and roles of all decision makers.
  5. Team Coaching: Share context. Deepen understanding of team dynamics and desired outcomes. Evaluate insights, shifts, and progress. Identify next steps.
  6. Growth Review: Re-administer the team assessment and review results.

What Team Coaching Is NOT

While team coaching may incorporate some aspects of team building, training, or mentoring, the primary focus of coaching is partnering to achieve goals.
