SPED in Sync: Leadership that Aligns People, Plans & Purpose – Lawrence
Strong special education leadership doesn’t happen in isolation—it requires deep collaboration and intentional alignment across the entire system.
In this session, participants will explore strategies for building strong partnerships with principals, general education teams, and central office leaders, while leading data-informed improvement planning that drives meaningful change. We’ll also focus on advocating for inclusive practices and tiered systems of support that position special education as an integral part of the district’s vision.
Directors will leave with tools to lead confidently at both the student and systems level—bridging silos and driving collective impact.
