Offers an in-depth exploration of various types of bias and how they manifest in the workplace and the community. Through interactive discussions and real-world examples, participants will gain insights into common forms of bias, including implicit, explicit, and microaggressions.

RACE & LGBTQIA+

This subject area encompasses discussions surrounding race and LGBTQIA+ topics, focusing on promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in various contexts. It includes exploring issues related to racial identity, intersectionality, LGBTQIA+. Through case studies and dialogue, this area seeks to foster understanding, respect, and empowerment for individuals from diverse racial backgrounds and gender identities.
