Administrative Services Consortium
The Administrative Services Consortium provides direct support to building leaders, district leaders, and leadership teams. The goal of this program is to build the capacity of leaders to more effectively meet the needs of students, staff, families, and the school communities they serve. Weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly forums will provide participants with timely and relevant resources, materials, and opportunities for leadership development. Additionally, communication templates will be provided that help to address and explain new and existing initiatives and topics occurring locally, regionally, across Kansas, and nationally.
