Classified Leaders Consortium is a year-long professional learning and networking opportunity for people that manage classified staff. Topics covered in the meetings include:

  • Effective hiring and interview techniques
  • Establishing culture
  • Updates on state/federal mandates

All sessions are designed to be interactive and make use of group conversations, role playing situations, and collaboration.
