Process Champions are teachers and administrators who act as Capturing Kids’ Hearts mentors, helping their colleagues apply and master all aspects of Capturing Kids’ Hearts. In the CKH 1 Process Champions training, these faculty and administrators receive special additional instruction that prepares them to assist and support their peers in the Capturing Kids’ Hearts effort.

These should be hand selected by the principals as their Capturing Kids’ Hearts leaders. You will want to look for your super stars, those who love Capturing Kids’ Hearts, those who are well liked, have great energy, are respected by colleagues, positively influence campus culture, and possess leadership potential. They will become an extension of the administration for keeping Capturing Kids’ Hearts alive on campus. 

• The training is a one-day training from 8:00-4:00
• We recommend at least one Process Champion for every 5-7 people trained in Capturing Kids’ Hearts.
• Each campus should create a team (principal plus teachers).
• The principal is part of the Process Champion Team and should attend the training.
• Prerequisite: Completed Capturing Kids’ Hearts 1 training.
