This training session will focus on the prevalence of drug use in society and the observable signs and symptoms associated with impairing levels of those substances. Attendees will be presented with information that can be used to determine whether people they interact with professionally might be consuming drugs or whether they could be suffering from a medical condition mimicking drug impairment. A discussion related to the ongoing fentanyl crisis will be included in this presentation.
